Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga takes traditional yoga poses and connects them with a dynamic flow or sequence that helps move energy throughout the body.  The practice focuses on attention to breath and poses that both calm the mind while simultaneously energizing the body.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga

Taking its foundation from vinyasa flow, a yoga strength class incorporates body weight resistance and dynamic movements that will leave you feeling strong and centered.   The class offers assists and series that will move students into advanced poses safely.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt

This class plays between a section of traditional vinyasa yoga with additional strength training using weights and compound movements.  This class is heated, please discuss any health concerns with your doctor before taking this class.

Yoga and Chill

Yoga and Chill

This class will be offered in the evenings with somatic music, aromatherapy and relaxing lighting for a restful and restorative class to relax the mind and body.

Barre

Barre

All barre classes are a challenging mix of barre work, weights, resistance bands and stability ball work that builds strength in large and small muscle groups.

BIIT: Barre with Intensity Interval Training

Barre with HIIT is a class for students that want to incorporate cardiovascular  movements with strength building barre postures.  This hybrid brings aerobic and anaerobic fitness into one class.

SHiNE Dance Fitness™ mixes current hit music with original choreography for the confidence-boosting, full body workout experience you didn’t know you needed! Come as you are and the playlist will do the rest!
